Today’s Golden Spotlight goes to Sulvamette Sylvain who was born and raised in Belle Glade Florida also known as “Muck city”. She is a senior at Glades Central High school. She has a GPA of a 3.6 and a Weighted HPA of a 4.6. She is a early admit student a Palm Beach state College where she will be receiving my associates degree this summer.
Here's Her Testimony: "My mom and father came to America hoping for a better life. My mom and father didn’t get a chance to finish high school because they had to work to provide for themselves but that has given me a fuel to fulfill their dream which is to gradate from college. I was born 1 pound 4 ounces with only one to fifty Chance of surviving and I am here because I have a purpose in my life to be successful. After graduating high school I plan to attend a 4 year university to further my education I have been accepted into 17 universities and have received over $95,000 in scholarships including a FULL RIDE Scholarship from the Boy and Girls Club but I have not made a decision on what school to attend. I am looking at University of Lousville I will be double majoring in Nursing and political science to become a Medical Lawyer and a Health Care health care lobbyist advocating for medical treatment for all race.
