Here at Golden Vie we promote Everything Golden. For Low Income Students, for the culture and for the community. We wanted to give five high school students the opportunity to help promote our purpose and mission. And by doing that we will help them with the resources and supplies to go to college. All of our Ambassadors are of Haitian Descent and reside in South Florida with a GPA of 3.0 and higher. Here is their Golden Story and their Golden Spotlight.
Introducing our Golden Vie Scholars Ambassadors:
Dioby attends Pahokee Highs school, and wants to major in Finance and/or Real estate. He is interested in Columbia University, Stetson university, Xavier University. Dioby says, “I’m doing my best to get a scholarship whether it be for academics/Athletics because my parents can’t afford for me to go to college. My fears is not having money for supplies and basic college needs. And I might have to find a job to help with money issues during college. I have a offer to post grad/juco football program, Palmetto Prep Academy which I’m also considering because it could give me more options to play football at the next level but doesn’t cover me financially so I have to come out of my own pockets if I go that route, and most likely have to take out 3rd party loans.”
