Be of Haitian Descent
South Florida Resident: Palm Beach, Broward, Miami- Dade, Monore, St. Lucie, Indian River, Lee, Collier, and Hendry County.
High school graduate of Class of 2023 with a Cumulative 3.0+ GPA
Will be attending a 2 or 4 year accredited College/University this Fall 2022
